I have been to many saunas in Europe. Sauna & Plunge has a lot of positives. It excels in the cold water facilities, and has two excellent sauna rooms in modern design. They care about aromatherapy and have other treats available. The range of extra classes is very good, some outstanding. The staff is positive, proactive and friendly. Teh changing rooms are a little on the small side, but the sauna room is large. They might have space fr an additional sauna room in the future, but for now, it beats the competition, by which I mean Banyas, Ironmonger, Better and other facilities I have seen. The rates are on the higher end, and that is a down side. They could try to balance, by creating more sophisticated off-peak memberships, with generous discounts for specified times that are usually quiet. Some people on lower incomes may appreciate that. Thank you for your vision and existing!
This is a really special and unique place. The staff is friendly and the facilities are capped to just eight people during the allotted time slots (at the time of writing). This keeps the area clean and the experience relaxing. I also would like to share my gratitude for the Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, Faith McAllister, for hosting a beautiful session last week. I felt safe and supported throughout the practice which resulted in some much-needed emotional release. It's great service at a really affordable price. Keep it up.
Ultimate unwind in the middle of bustling Old St! The studio is truly a zen den. And a perfect amount of time between yoga class and contrast therapy to enjoy yummy cacao!!
The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the sauna and plunge experience is excellent. While the space is a little more compact than expected, it’s clean and thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be booking onto their Run Club next - such a great social wellness spot.
Recently visited sauna and plunge for a run club and separately a women’s event which were both super fun and enjoyable experiences. The facilities are super clean and calming which is exactly what I need to unwind after a busy week at work. I also love the social part of the community that comes with it. This has become part of my new routine and would definitely recommend.
