I was positively surprised by how perfectly curated the environment of this clinic. From start to finish my visit was perfect and I walked feeling very refreshed after receiving “New mother massage” by Catia which got rid of all the tension I was carrying for months. I visited a lot of massage places but none have been this great at getting rid of all the knots in just one treatment.
I was feeling very tired and run down with absolutely no energy so I booked to have a I.V with Xenia. She as always was very informative and explained every vitamin that I would be having. I could literally feel the difference from when I left. Its always a wonderful experience going the HVN, the welcome from the concierge the tea with a little warmed up hand/face wipe and of course the relaxing Forest bathing before the treatment. Thank you Xenia and the team.
I visited HVN today for acupuncture treatment with Dr. Gu (Susan) after suffering from frozen shoulder and back pain, something many professionals can probably relate to. My friend Alex highly recommended HVN, and I am very glad I went. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The interior design and overall atmosphere of the clinic felt relaxing, calming, and comforting. Dr. Gu was extremely patient and attentive. She carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked not only my shoulder and back, but also other areas of my body, including my legs. Before starting the acupuncture treatment, she took the time to clearly explain her observations and what might be contributing to my condition, which made me feel very reassured and well cared for. The entire treatment process was comfortable and relaxing. After the session, I could immediately feel that my shoulder and back were much less stiff than before. Even the pain from my tennis elbow was relieved significantly, which was a pleasant surprise. At the end of the visit, Dr. Gu gently reminded me not to take a shower that night after the acupuncture treatment, a thoughtful detail that showed how much she cares about her patients. I highly recommend HVN and Dr. Gu (Susan) to anyone experiencing shoulder, back, or elbow muscle pain. Thank you again for such a professional and caring experience.
I am taking a 6 treatments course of acupuncture at HVN with Doctor Susan Gu. I can feel a significant improvement in my condition and I am very happy that I have found that place. Dr. Gu is an amazing professional with many years of experience, and the whole team is very friendly and supportive. It starts from the warm welcome at the reception, calming tea, inviting atmosphere, followed by a relaxing session. I can fully recommend this place and especially Dr. Gu.
