Excellent service, fantastic food and an extremely welcoming environment. Waiter Elvero was incredible, he overheard me say that love pass with my Bangers N Mash. The menu didn't include peas but he surprised me buggy bringing a cute pot of peas to add to my dish. What a legend. Thank you all at the Coach and Horses
To be honest I haven’t had a meal yes but u have had coffee and cake a couple of months back. The food I’ve seen being served looks excellent and although it is past roast weather I really want a roast here. Excellent customer service and amazing selection of gins ..
We had fish and chips and an English pie filled with chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. Everything was really well seasoned and arrived hot at the table. The service was very friendly and the food was served quickly. We visited on a Bank Holiday afternoon, so it was quite quiet. Highly recommend it.
There is something timeless about a place called The Coach & Horses—and this one in Greenwich lives up to that expectation effortlessly. Tucked into a charming, slightly curved street, it feels like a quiet fragment of old London preserved with care. The exterior alone sets the tone: classic brickwork, understated elegance, and that beautifully crafted sign above—simple, confident, and full of character. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere it suggests even before stepping inside. It doesn’t try to impress loudly; it draws you in with authenticity. Places like this remind you why traditional pubs still matter—they carry a sense of continuity, of story, of identity. If you value heritage, subtle charm, and a genuine London feel, this is exactly the kind of spot you hope to find.
