We only stayed for a night but from the onset to when we left we were treated so nicely, complementary drink on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Room perfect, very clean and comfortable. But it has to be the staff, Joel and Melita who made us feel so welcome. We didn't eat there but the food looked amazing. When we return to London we won't hesitate to stay here again. Proximity to Notting Hill centre was good and you're never far from a tube station to get into the city.
We had a good time at the Hayden. Our room was lovely and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and from the room you couldn't hear any noise from the outside. The pub was also great and with good vibes, we had burger, fish and chips and breakfast, everything was tasty and made fresh. But the very best thing of this place is the helpful and friendly staff, especially the manager Luigi, Joao and sweet Melita. We will recommend the Hayden because it added value to our London trip. Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we felt very welcomed :)
We hired a private function room for our event at The Hayden, and it was a fantastic service and experience. From the moment of enquiry, the GM Luigi has helped us make a reservation with warmth and lovely customer service. We pre-ordered food and drinks which was served promptly after arrival. The food was really delicious, as we had canapé style catering. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it. Thank you for great experience
Beautiful pub with a fantastic atmosphere and a lovely setting. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Zareen, whose warm hospitality and recommendations made our visit even better. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and helped us choose some great options. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
This is such a great little pub and Hotel. So central and easy to get to places like Portobello Markets (mind the crowds). Two tube stations nearby….Bayswater and Queensway will get you everywhere The staff are brilliant in their customer service. We had two large heavy bags and only stairs and they willingly took them up and down with hesitation. A lovely welcome drink on the house and we needed to extend by half a day due to a late flight. Not only did they accommodate us they discounted the rate. Break fast was the only meal we had but really loved it. Highly recommended on all fronts. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🍺
