We stopped in here for a drink and wings and we were pleasantly surprised. Not expensive, great selection of drinks, the staff were very polite and we had wings that were absolutely delicious. We would absolutely visit again if we make it back to London!
Nice pub. Not a bad selection of beers, but it is a Green King pub. The drinks were a little pricey but it is in Kensington, so you expect that. The food was okay too. The gents toilets are looking shabby but apart from that, twas a pleasant experience.
Looks like a 18th century pub, well maintained. Serving a good selection of Ales (kegs). Young's on tap. Had booked a table as I was on my way to the RAH. Food classics like pies, burgers, and fish and chips. The Boar sausages very tasty.
I had the best meat pie I’ve ever eaten here. The demi served along side was very rich and meaty and the pie itself was nicely seasoned. I don’t know if they’re made on site or brought in, but it was very good.
Proper London pub over 300 years old with the best ale’s and the food was delicious. Definitely would come back again and again. Don’t miss out on this place.
