I felt incredibly well cared for from start to finish - and my hair and scalp were totally refreshed. A wonderful treatment in a lovely spa but expensive for what it was. I would book again if there was a special offer running but prob not at full price.
Booked a spa day to de-stress and Kinisha gave me a wonderful, thorough massage, listened to my concerns and also recommended other treatments for my chronic back pain. The spa facilities were great, truffle chocolates were delicious, and Karen - the spa manager, was lovely and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to have some type of aroma in the spa area itself. That will elevate the experience and scent will make it memorable. Love discovering new local gems like this!
Was really looking forward to this mother-daughter head spa day. Had booked months in advance so we could have our head spa together on my daughter’s birthday. Received a frantic call 4 days before informing me that they didn’t have enough trained spa therapist so we would have to have our treatments one after the other. I reiterated it was my daughter’s birthday and the whole point was that we spent the day together. I was informed that there was a special treat awaiting my daughter and the member of staff said she was going to speak to her manager to see if they could offer her an extra treatment. This meant each of us spending an hour and half on our own. We had paid for the use of the thermal spa so took in turns to use the facilities which are pretty standard and rather boring on your own. The whole place was completely empty and aside the one therapist and the receptionist we didn’t see a soul. We didn’t receive our LED head treatment nor the “extra special surprise” promised to my daughter or the extra treatment. The head spa was ruined by the constant sound of a blocked drain gurgling. Paying over £500 for this, in my opinion was not worth the money.
An absolute little gem of a place! The most unique little wellness spa i have ever been to, and I have been to many, all over the world! This will be my new 'spa' yes the treatments are a little pricey, however they are also very unique, not your usual spa treatments for sure! What a wonderful experience my daughter, my daughter in law and I had, thank you Karen you were so welcoming 🙏 we all cannot wait to return 😊 🙏💕
