We booked a one-way ticket for £7, and the journey from Royal Docks to North Greenwich only took around 6 minutes. It was a short ride, but my sisters really enjoyed the sunset views. Starting at Royal Docks was a great idea as there was no queue, whereas the queue at North Greenwich was massive when we arrived. The only downside was our experience at the Royal Docks ticket counter. I asked for three one-way tickets, but the lady told us to go straight to the gate and tap my bank card, saying they didn't sell one-way tickets at the counter. When we got to the gate, we were told to go back because my sisters needed paper tickets and we only had one bank card. It honestly felt like she didn't want to serve us, possibly because her shift was about to end. As soon as another staff member took over the counter, he sold us the tickets immediately without any questions. The whole situation could have been avoided.
We used this to hop over to the O2 arena for a show from Docklands. Really easy access, staff were helpful and there was no queue. Price was very reasonable too. The ride journey was just over 10 minutes. Views were amazing but I'll let the photos and video speak for themselves! It's open to 9pm so we were unable to use for return leg but what a way to arrive in style! This is a must do if you are in the area.

Very fun experience , honestly it was one of the most crazy experiences. Generally I dont like hoghts, but it was very quick and not shaking travel. It was going very quick, cable car was very clean and no issues with smells or anything. Seems it's being cleaned constantly. Be aware it may shake a bit, depending on a wind, but dont get scared. View is amazing and worth it )))
This place or this attraction, as I would call it, is so special as you truly see a stunningly beautiful part of London from the sky. We went as a family back in 2019 with our dearest, beloved, intelligent and stunningly beautiful mother Irene and then obviously me as the youngest daughter and then my husband as well.
