AIRE Ancient Baths London

I received an experience at Aire Ancient Baths London as a gift and finally had the chance to use it on Saturday evening. It exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well looked after. As it was my first visit, there was always a member of staff ready to welcome me, explain the next step, and make sure I felt comfortable. The whole experience felt calm, seamless and thoughtfully organised, and every member of the team I met was genuinely kind and welcoming. The baths themselves are beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. One thing that really stood out was that the number of guests was carefully managed, so it never felt crowded or busy. Quite the opposite – it felt private, quiet and relaxing, making it easy to completely switch off and enjoy the experience. I also had a massage with Rosa, which was outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and would absolutely recommend Aire to anyone looking for a truly special experience 💛
I visited AIRE Ancient Baths London not knowing what to expect as it was a gift. Really easy to find and immediately walking into the building the lovely scent of relaxation hits you. I was greeted immediately and my name was taken. I'm not gonna give to much away but this venue is outstanding, I was there from 10:30am to 13:00 and I didn't want to leave. A must visit for anyone who likes being pampered and just recharge.
this spa is definitely one of the best ones i have been to in London. I had a massage from Augusto and it was honestly amazing - he really worked on my body personally and knew exactly what I needed! Not only the massage but the bath experience is so unique and takes you somewhere !
One of the best spa experiences I’ve had. Going on a weekday afternoon made a big difference, as it was quiet enough that I often had the pools to myself. I loved the dim lighting and overall design — it felt very immersive and easy to switch off completely. My favourite areas were the 40℃ soak and the floating pool. The massage was also excellent, especially the hot stone treatment, which was incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very complete and memorable experience.
I want to start with the positives of this place. This is truly a unique experience and we really enjoyed the range of baths available in particular the hot and cold plunge. The aesthetic is gorgeous, staff are lovely and the amenities in the women’s changing room were fantastic. My biggest issue with the place was the cleanliness and overall upkeep throughout the experience. For the price you pay I think this is such an important factor. Firstly, in the steam room there is a small cold plunge in the corner. When you go into this you can see so many small flies on the wall and there were some in the water as well. Secondly, lots of dead skin throughout the baths which I understand is beyond control. However, I did not see a pause between each batch of people for some cleaning of the baths and resets between each group. Thirdly, women’s showers were gross and clearly no one was cleaning after each use which is really essential for the overall experience. The men’s changing room the swimming suit drying facility was also broken. Finally, my partner has developed a blister under his armpit which he’s never had before and the only new and recent thing we have done is the baths. Please note we go to many spa and wellness experiences and he has never had such issues. This blister is causing him great discomfort and pain. When you’re paying for luxury you do expect each bit to be thought about and I’ve gone to spas and experiences where you see staff constantly ensuring the environment is cleaned and well looked after. I didn’t see this at AIRE London and therefore wouldn’t return.
