I have been a client of Bamford for decades, and I can honestly say that the level of service I recently received from Siyam was truly exceptional. From the very first phone call, she made everything feel effortless. She was proactive, attentive, an excellent listener, and incredibly resourceful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was the genuine care and thoughtfulness she showed. I had an extremely busy and stressful day ahead and was worried I would not have time to visit the shop. Without hesitation, Siyam organised for the items to be beautifully wrapped and posted directly to my home. The entire transaction was seamless, incredibly fast, and arrived in less than a day. The parcel itself was stunningly presented, complete with a personalised handwritten note, and you could genuinely feel the love and attention that had gone into every detail. It is rare nowadays to come across someone who cares this much about both the client experience and the small personal touches that make all the difference. I am truly grateful to Siyam for turning what could have been a stressful experience into such a pleasant and memorable one. Outstanding service in every possible way.
Excellent experience at Bamford Wellness Spa I had a truly wonderful experience at Bamford Wellness Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, luxurious and deeply relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional, warm and attentive. The spa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very peaceful. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and rebalanced. What a sanctuary of calm; I had an hour long De-stress Massage which thoroughly did the job. My therapist was kind and gentle, talked me through my experience, allows me to choose the aromatherapy oils, and then conducted a blissful massage which started with a very grounded foot washing treatment. The space is so serene, a white oasis of calm. Everything was immaculately clean with lots of amazing products to indulge in after the treatment. Came out floating.
My experience at Bamford was very relaxing and enjoyable. The girls helped with all my questions and used their expertise to create me a new skincare routine. I had a Tonifying treatment which was out of this world! Couldn’t recommend Bamford enough!
I had such a lovely experience thanks to one of the wonderful ladies working here with short hair glasses. I came in to buy a candle and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, made thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed. Her positive energy and attentiveness really stood out and turned a simple purchase into a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be back. thank you for the amazing service.
