There's 24-hour reception, and there's also a business centre which caters for meetings and conferences. Elsewhere the sauna and other health facilities help visitors de-stress and forget about the aches and pains that come with a busy day's sightseeing.

There are 26 rooms at Shoreditch House, spread across five floors, and they all come with a kitchen and laundry service. Each room is spacious and includes a safe and a television with Sky channels. Coffee-making facilities and a minibar are also standard, while the bathrooms come with rainforest showers and hairdriers.

One notable feature to Shoreditch House is its rooftop area. From here visitors receive both fabulous views of London as well as a great selection of food and drink, all available to consume while sitting around an open fire. There's also a pool on the rooftop making for an extra stand-out feature at the hotel.

Shoreditch House is in a great location, not least because of the area's up-and-coming trendy scene with awesome nightlife and cool hangouts, but attractions like the Tower of London and HMS Belfast are not far away. Other attractions include St. Paul's Cathedral and the Shakespeare Globe Theatre. All of this and the rest of London can be accessed by the ever-present Underground system.
