- Pushchairs are not allowed inside; they must be checked in and collected at the exit. Baby carriers and hip seats are available free of charge, subject to availability.
- Admission is by selected time slot. Late arrivals cannot be admitted. Arrive early to exchange your voucher.
- The State Rooms are open only during summer when the Palace is not used for official events.
