Description
Travel by air-conditioned coach from London to Stonehenge, the prehistoric monument dating back nearly 5,000 years. Using a multi-lingual audio guide, explore the site and consider its debated origins, such as its use as an astronomical observatory, temple, or cemetery. Entry is included if that option is selected.
After visiting Stonehenge, continue to Bath, arriving around lunchtime (meals not included). Bath offers a variety of dining options, including restaurants, teahouses, and classic British pubs. Spend your free time exploring Bath's elegant Georgian crescents and terraces, well-preserved Roman Baths, and architectural landmarks.
The Roman Baths, built nearly 2,000 years ago over natural hot springs, form a significant site with ancient statues and classic Roman architecture. Entrance is included if selected.
