This product is valid for one way, for transfers from Heathrow Airport to Gatwick Airport. Trust Transfers will contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick- up time and location at the customer's request. For Airport Transfers we make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client even if your flight arrives late or earlier. We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. The driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board. Free waiting time up to 75 minutes for Airport pick-ups. The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.

The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. A total of 75 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed.
