- Minimum weight per passenger is 15 kilograms (3 stone).
- Maximum of 12 passengers per boat.
- The operator may adjust booking times up to 15 minutes before departure if the minimum passenger count of 6–8 is not reached.
- Not suitable for individuals with heart or back problems, or for pregnant passengers.
- At least one adult (over 18) must accompany children aged 13 and under.
- Trips operate in all weather conditions; disposable ponchos are provided as needed.
