• Cancellations and amendments are no longer possible. Due to strict boat timings we will not be able to wait for any latecomers. This cruise is for 12+ only. Children aged 11 and under are not permitted. Luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessels. We aim to provide customers with the best view of the fireworks, however due to high amount of traffic on the Thames and weather conditions, the positioning of the boat cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot. Roads may close early.
