• Cancellations and amendments are not possible. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to make your way to the pier. Due to strict boat timings we will not be able to wait for any latecomers. The onboard bar only accepts CASH PAYMENTS. This cruise is for 12+ only. Children aged 11 & under are not permitted. A valid ID must be presented when purchasing alcohol Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on www.tfl.gov.uk before you travel Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessels We will do our best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, however due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot
