Description
This 2.5-hour walking tour will give you an overview of The Beatles personal and professional lives from the early 1960s onwards. Starting in the fashionable area of Marylebone, your tour guide will start outside the London Beatles Store where you can shop for merchandise.
As your tour continues around London, your guide will share stories about John, Paul, George, and Ringo’s lives and careers. As you walk you'll learn about Beatlemania and the ups and downs of the band's career.
Another of the tour’s highlights are the former homes of the boys including where John got arrested and where Paul dreamt up 'Yesterday. You'll also get to re-enact some Beatlemania at one of the film locations from A Hard Days Night.There will be a short bus ride from Baker St to St Johns Wood so please ensure you have a Zone 1 travelcard or contactless card.
After 2-5 hours of Beatles facts and fun, your tour comes to an end with the tour’s highlight in St John’s Wood, outside Abbey Road Studios. Here, you’ll be able to walk over the famous zebra crossing as seen on the album cover of Abbey Road and ask your tour guide any final questions.
