Description
Discover the secrets of London’s most famous landmark with VIP early access to the Tower of London. Witness the historic Opening Ceremony with a Beefeater and see the Crown Jewels before the crowds.
Your experience begins outside the Tower, where a passionate, English-speaking guide sets the scene with a brief yet captivating introduction to the Tower’s 1,000-year history. Learn about its role as royal palace, prison, armory, and execution site, as well as the infamous figures who once walked its halls.
Then, step inside ahead of regular visitors to witness the Opening Ceremony, a time-honored tradition performed by the Yeoman Warders (Beefeaters), as they officially unlock the gates for the day. It’s a moment few get to see, steeped in centuries-old ritual and military precision.
With the gates open, you’ll head straight to the Crown Jewels—glittering symbols of the British monarchy. Thanks to early entry, you’ll enjoy a quiet, almost private viewing of this dazzling collection before the crowds arrive.
Until December 2025, you can upgrade your tour to include a River Thames boat ride and depending on the day, choose between the Changing of the Foot Guards or Horse Guards ceremony.
From January 2026, enhance your Tower of London visit with full access to the Tower and our carefully crafted audio-guided app, explore at your own pace. Visit the White Tower, the Bloody Tower, Tower Green, the Fusilier Museum, and more, all brought to life with engaging narration, historical context, and secret stories available right from your phone.
