The nachos were incredibly fresh, with perfectly crisp, deep-fried tortilla chips and generous toppings-more than enough for one person. It would have been even better if there had been an option to add a protein, such as chicken or beef. The skewers were delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The burger and chips were also great value for money. We also took advantage of the promotional offer on the three side dishes, which made the meal even more affordable. The only downside was the ongoing renovation work at the O2. As we were seated outside the restaurant, the noise was quite disruptive and detracted from what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable dining experience.
Had a great experience at All Bar One Greenwich! The atmosphere was lovely, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Surai, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. She made sure we were looked after and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Surai – we’ll definitely be back!
We visited here before a concert, whilst we had booked the table we arrived early and the staff were really accommodating. The main reason for the review is to ‘big up’ the waitresses - it was incredibly busy but the staff were really helpful, smiley and efficient. They should get recognition for this as generally customer servant be a bit sketchy especially when so busy. We visited on Wednesday 20th prior to the Raye concert.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and bar. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food and drinks were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thanks to Nadeem for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout our visit. Nadeem made us feel truly valued as customers with his friendly attitude, prompt service, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his positive energy added greatly to our experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring toward guests. We truly appreciate his hard work and gratitude towards customers. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning again!
Incredible service for a private event! I hired out the top floor for my friend's Hen party and was blown away by the brilliant service. Sharon was incredible in helping me organise, she was flexible and kind and made me feel really relaxed when organising a big event. On the day, the manager there was brilliant, helping me feel assured and calm and going above and beyond to help me set up. I pre-ordered drinks and food, the drinks were ready when we arrived and food arrived promptly when everyone was settled in. Fantastic experience all round - would highly recommend for private events!
