Created by Head Chef Kamal Chafa, the menu of the Castle provides some all-time favourites as well as new and innovative dishes. One way or the other, they are prepared with attention to detail and come in generous portions. Delicious meals such as oyster mushroom and leek risotto with rocket and parmesan, chicken and ham pie with creamy mash and beer battered fish, hand cut chips and lemon mayonnaise and pea puree. For lunch, the pub freshly prepares sandwiches, pies and daily specials for your convenience and appetite. As every Geronimo Inns pub, the Castle offers a variety of wines, international beers and the renowned Bloody Mary.
While it is busy with the Monopoly pub-crawlers on weekends, the Castle is the ideal place to relax and wind down after a stressful day of either working or sight seeing. With its international crowd on weekends and its traditional Tuesday night quiz attracting locals, the pub is the ideal venue for a cosy evening as well as for a buzzing and sociable night out.
