A wonderful experience at The Hereford Arms in South Kensington. The customer service was exceptional, especially thanks to Dom, who was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the quality of the food and drinks in detail, making excellent recommendations and adding to the overall dining experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions that were both satisfying and well prepared. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and surprisingly quiet and comfortable despite being busy. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy a great meal. Thank you to Dom and the entire team for providing outstanding hospitality. This is a place we would gladly return to and recommend to anyone visiting South Kensington.
We were looking for a traditional Sunday roast, and the Hereford Arms came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint! The Sunday roast was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and fantastic flavour. It was everything we were hoping for and made for a wonderful lunch. A special mention goes to our waiter, Jayden, who provided exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend the Hereford Arms if you’re looking for a fantastic Sunday roast and outstanding service.
Friendly and healthful. We did not have a reservation on a Saturday for dinner but they had a table for us quick with no issue. Delicious pub food and great service! Loved the cottage pie, hearty and satisfying. Fish and chips were amazing.
Came for the Sunday roast because I’m never in London on Sunday and they ran out by 6lm! We got one lamb and one pork roast. The lamb was excellent but the pork was just ok. I’m not a huge pork fan so take that into account. The sticky toffee pudding desert was the best! Will try again earlier for the beef roast;) Service was good
The tables for two are too close together, so you inevitably hear your neighbours and have no privacy. The fish and chips were really very good and the service was very attentive. The menu states that a service charge will be added, which is fine by us.
