i was in for my dads 50th traveling down to london from leeds. we arrived at the blues kitchen for half seven and the food and drinks came so quickly we had so much time before our train back. the atmosphere was amazing and the staff was lovely especially Danielle who really matched our vibe and made our night even better. the food was gorgeous and my dad even said it was the best chicken he’s ever had.. and he’s had a lot of chicken. the staff even gave my dad a few birthday treats for free. definitely coming back here the next time i’m in london wish we had spent longer there!!

A really memorable dining experience overall. For mains, we had the salmon served with asparagus, potatoes, and a mango, onion, and red pepper mix. The mango and onion combination was a bit unusual for my taste, but everything was fresh, well-cooked, and enjoyable. We also tried the bacon cheeseburger with fries — classic, fresh, and very satisfying. The pineapple juice tasted fresh and refreshing too. Dessert was the real highlight: the Basque cheesecake served with pistachio cream, crushed pistachios, and a cherry compote sauce. The sweet and tangy balance was spot on — easily one of the best desserts I’ve had. We paired it with a red wine, which was excellent. There’s live blues music every night after 10pm, and it genuinely elevates the whole atmosphere — great voice, fun energy, and a really lively vibe. The staff were although they seemed a bit rushed when taking orders. Overall, a fantastic spot with great food, atmosphere, and live music — definitely recommended.

The atmosphere was unreal from the moment we walked in—such a good vibe all evening. The service was spot on too, really friendly and attentive without being over the top. The live music completely made the night. Honestly, so talented and it just brought everything together. And the food… phenomenal. Every bite was packed with flavour—proper comfort food that actually makes your taste buds happy. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning your next visit.

The food here is just delicious! We came in for a Sunday brunch and had crispy fried chicken and burgers. Everything was just amazing and quick to be served. The atmosphere is beautiful and the bar architecture is just a delight. Would definitely recommend a stop by if you’re in Camden. Try and make it work with the evening live music events!

Hit this place on a weekday and it was vibing. Great atmosphere, live band and the staff were lovely. I didn't choose this place and personally wouldn't have for the food options (on a health vibe) but the food was nice and the guys enjoyed it. Lads ordered some whiskey sours, they were complimentary of them so must have hit the spot. I actually really enjoyed the salad taco bowl. This was actually fantastic and I ate most of this. Prawns, salad, lentils, avocado all served on a crunchy taco shaped like a bowl. The fried stuff like the chicken and squid I didn't have but the lads enjoyed them. The sweet potato boat was also lovely and the jalapeno and feta was a great touch. Didn't get to enjoy much of the live music as we left shortly after they started but they sounded great. Overall, a great place with a lovely vibe.
