Haggis provided outstanding service and made our visit to Flat Iron even more enjoyable. They were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their recommendations and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and they checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. The food was excellent, but Haggis's exceptional hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Thank you for such wonderful service—we look forward to coming back!
Food’s very good. Had a small issue with my order, and Carlos, the manager handled it quickly and professionally. He went out of his way to make sure I left satisfied, exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Credit to him for the care and attention. Management like this makes all the difference!
This team are above and BEYOND. I visit frequently as I work locally and am an avid steak lover. Every single time the food is on point and the staff are even better! Harrison took care of me today amongst others (Christina, Chang, and Melaina). All of them are incredibly friendly, joyous, attentive and personable! I also had a bit of strange request regarding food which they dealt with AMAZINGLY (thank you again harrison!) Bare in mind this is just before closing, after I assume a busy a shift! And just to emphasise again this is a COMMON experience at this venue. If the food wasn’t enough to keep myself, friends and colleagues coming back (which it is) then the staff are definitely the reason. If you guys are reading this you’ve made mine and my friends day (as always) thank you so much, see you soon!
Had the most lovely time at flat iron Southwark!! Food was absolutely amazing and such great value for money! Particular shout out to James, who was so attentive, kind and had amaming customer service skills. He gave us lovely recommendations and was great!! Would definitely recommend
An amazing spot for steak lovers with delicious side dishes! The food and drinks were served very quickly, and the service was excellent. We will definitely come back! My personal favorite pairing with the chips and steak is the mushroom dip – absolutely delicious! And the most powerful argument is: it‘s cheapy!
