Description
Fleet Street in London has a grim history - it is named after the River Fleet , one of London's filthiest and most dangerous rivers. Dickens based Fagin's lair along the river in 'Oliver Twist' . The river has long since disappeared but the legends remain , including the tale of a bloody barber and his murderous assistant.
