I had a wonderful spa day overall. Kiara on reception was so welcoming and set the tone perfectly. My deep tissue massage with Michael was exceptional. He worked out every knot I had arrived with. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were all relaxing and did exactly what I needed them to do. The only downside was the smell in the room where the jacuzzi and pool were, which took away from the otherwise lovely experience. Still, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Vladimir was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He made me feel comfortable right away and clearly has a lot of expertise. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding, and the service exceeded all my expectations. This was honestly the best spa experience I had during my trip to London. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality service and a truly relaxing experience.
I would highly recommend this spa. The staff were very welcoming, my treatment was amazing, a solid 10/10. The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. I had such a great time. The steam room and sauna were good and spacious, pool temperature was nice and not cold. Changing facilities were clean and also spacious. Will definitely be going back with my partner next time!
