First at all when I booked this spa visit nobody said the steam room and jacuzzi was out of order. Secondly the pool area is very poor condition compared to standard of the hotel and reception in spa area. Looks very ugly and untidy. Nothing special like it showing on spaseekers. The sauna was nice and cute small what I prefer to be fair. But there are guests who aren’t following the spa rules which says wear swimsuits and not to be naked! It is really uncomfortable to seat in sauna with someone who isn’t covered so people really should respect each other. The Changing rooms were dated and untidy. No facility to dry swimsuits, hairdryers old and takes time to dry your hair. Some guests don’t know they should return used towels to reception and just dropped them anywhere. Again it’s says a lot about people but I think staff should be more strict with guests. Overall I wouldn’t go back there as a birthday treat or any special occasion.

Spa much better compared to 2024. The staff are very friendly and helpful. New gym is very good. I do enjoy coming here! The steam room and hot tub have been out of order for weeks. On two consecutive weekends, a nicotine pouch was left on the floor of the female sauna (Its the same pouch). On the first occasion, there was even a water bottle next to it, anyone bending down to pick up the bottle would clearly have seen the pouch. It’s concerning that this was missed by the cleaning staff, and it raises questions about what else is not being cleaned properly. The sauna lighting is sometimes not working, body wash is missing from several shower cubicles, and the accessible shower only runs cold water. Towels are regularly left piled up on benches in the changing rooms; this could be easily resolved either by staff clearing them more frequently or by adding clear signage directing members to dispose of towels outside the changing area. Plastic cups also tend to accumulate around the water cooler, placing a bin directly next to it would likely prevent this. Finally, the disposable overshoe dispenser is located inside the toilet, changing, and shower area, which makes little sense. Positioning it near the entrance, along with a clear sign explaining what it is for, would be far more practical.
