The reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Gemma especially helped me out, when I had lost my necklace she stayed even after closing to make sure it was returned to me. Plus the yoga class was incredible, if you are looking to improve your ashtanga yoga practice!

Absolutely NOT beginner friendly classes. The studio itself is beautiful. There’s an infrared sauna you can use before and after class, a little cafe and the changing room area is clean though with a slight smell and a bit overcrowded. It is well equipped. However, the classes are massively oversubscribed and frankly very unsafe for beginners. There was over 25 people in my hot yoga class that was described as being ‘open to all levels’. The teacher was not that loud (and I was stood right next to her) and she herself pointed out that lots of people in the the class had bad or incorrect form. As someone who had never tried yoga before, It’s caused me an injury to my lower back and I imagine a few others in the room too. I wouldn’t return for the reason that I don’t believe this is a safe place for beginners at all and I think everyone in that room who was a beginner was at serious risk of injury. I also found most of the clientele (particularly the younger girls) and teachers slightly obnoxious. It wasn’t a very friendly atmosphere. The front of house staff were lovely though.
