- Red Route runs every 10 minutes from 8:30am - 4pm, and every 10 - 20 minutes from 4pm - 5:20pm. The full route takes 150 minutes
- Green Route Shuttle: Stop 40, first bus at 9:05am, last bus at 5:05pm. Stop 44, first bus at 9:05am, last bus at 5:35pm. Stop 49, first bus at 9am, last bus at 6pm. Buses run every 30 minutes. Duration - 35 minutes
- Blue Route runs every 20 minutes from 8:50am - 4:50pm. Tour duration - 1 hour
- Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am - 12pm
- River Cruise (if appropriate ticket is selected)- You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus. The ticket includes a 1-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier
- This tour will be suspended on Sunday 21st April due to extensive road closures caused by the London Marathon. All bookings for this date will be accepted on Monday 22nd April
- Stops 4, 10 and 14 Grosvenor Gardens will be out of service until further notice
