See where the greatest artists lived, played, partied and performed, and hear the wildest rock 'n' roll stories ever told. We'll visit the iconic pubs, exclusive clubs and world-famous recording studios that made Soho the global centre of popular music. We'll also have a lot of laughs along the way. To quote Spinal Tap, this tour is turned up to 11! From Rock to Blues, Pop to Punk, and Skiffle to Soul, Soho has been home to music’s biggest icons—Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, The Who, T.Rex, David Bowie, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Tina Turner, Guns N’ Roses, The Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Jam, Motörhead, Debbie Harry, The Police, Duran Duran, Marc Almond, Nick Cave, Black Sabbath, REM, Amy Winehouse, Ed Sheeran, Adele … and many more (phew!). We’ll even visit Mozart’s house – though that’s (ahem) baroque ‘n’ and roll, not rock ‘n’ roll. So, come along and … strut down a street where sharp suits met rock royalty; stand where a starman crash-landed (but left his arachnoid friends indoors); step into a club where legends played hard and partied even harder; strike a pose at the site of a legendary album cover (go on, unleash your inner rockstar!); pay homage to the venue that gave countless bands their big break; and, finally, end your journey where it all began—London’s Tin Pan Alley. Please be at the start point (Starbucks Coffee, 6A Vigo St, London W1S 3HF) five minutes before the walk begins. Your guide will be holding a small 'Fantastic Walks' flag.
