We always have a great experience at Bill’s. The FOH team are consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes every visit feel special. The food is always top quality and never disappoints. This has become our favourite place to eat, and we keep coming back again and again. Highly recommended!
Caroline was so kind and made our meal an experience of true hospitality. We came in without a reservation but we got seated immediately to a great spot in front of the window. The food was amazing, definitely would recommend! :)

We really enjoy coming here—we've been back twice now, and we keep thinking about returning. The team that works here is genuinely nice and friendly. They really care about making sure you have a good time when you visit, and that kindness shows throughout your experience. There's something warm and welcoming about the whole place that makes you feel comfortable. The building itself is pretty cool. It looks like they've taken an old warehouse and turned it into this spot, with massive metal beams visible throughout. That gives it a really unique industrial feel that you don't see everywhere. One of our favorite things about this place is that it welcomes pets. We always bring our furry friend along, which is perfect because we get to enjoy a meal while they're with us. The location is fantastic too. It's right in the middle of a busy area of Greenwich, which makes it ideal for stopping by for brunch. After eating, you've got tons of options—you can head to one of the nearby gardens if the weather is nice, or take a walk around the Cutty Sark area. There's really plenty to do nearby. One small thing—we wish they had business cards to take home. We miss having those physical cards, to be honest. But the nice touch was getting a smart card as a souvenir, which we really liked and have kept.
Nice dinner out. Menu is different from your regular burger place so it was interesting to try something a bit new. You can add some extras or make your fries loaded. Service was friendly and welcoming. Burgers were slightly big and greasy so could be difficult to eat them. Nonetheless, tasty. Based on our experience it was and we were able to have a conversation. But as tables are quite close, if the place is crowded, it might be tricky to hear each other.
