I ordered the roasted duck and Char Siu Lo Mein, and both were excellent. The roasted duck was tender, flavorful, and had crispy skin with just the right amount of seasoning. The Char Siu Lo Mein was cooked perfectly, with chewy noodles, well-marinated barbecue pork, and a delicious savory sauce that wasn't too heavy. The portions were satisfying, and the food arrived fresh and hot. Overall, it was a great meal, and I'd definitely order from here again.
Delicious food, great location! Not crowded, just relaxed. Located on the upper floor. Take the stairs up. Love this place!
What an absolute GEM of a place in Camden! It's nestled away in the corner of the upper food halls surrounding the market below, and after being hassled by the various noodle stalls in the main area, we were glad to find this corner of joy. The menu was compact and reasonably priced, we were served with an enthusiastic smile and our food order got to us very quick. We ordered crispy pork belly and beef brisket, both of which were fantastic. Succulent pork belly with crispy skin atop fragrant rice with a side of bok choy and sauce. Full of flavor and generous portions. Would absolutely recommend this little beauty of a place to anyone visiting Camden market.
Ordered roast duck, crispy pork, charsiu and chicken. Roast duck, crispy pork and chicken are good and in reasonable price. 4 stars because a bit disappointed on charsiu. Made by pork belly slice in 2 cm cut, the taste is ok but the texture not, too thin and not slightly charred.
Unexpected Gem in Camden Market After a disappointing meal from the usual food stalls in Camden Market,all over seasoned and not exactly healthy, I randomly came across this place. When I read the menu, I was immediately curious to see if the Hainanese food was authentic I couldn’t believe I could find such a high quality dish in one of the most touristy spots in London. The food was perfect, fresh, balanced, and full of genuine flavour and it cost about the same as all the junk food elsewhere in the market, which made me even happier. I accidentally spilled my chilli sauce and they kindly gave me another one. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this was an unexpectedly memorable meal, great food, great people, and great value. I’m already looking forward to coming back to try the duck next time!
