The food was ok. Drinks were decent. However, they don’t seem to serve big group well (we were 9 people celebrating a birthday.) portions were small for the price. Can be a bit loud inside. however, really loved the outside terrace seating for the summer. ☀️ Wish they didn’t rush us out of the terrace area at the end so abruptly!
I got served by REE a few times during a really hectic England game and his customer service was unbelievable. Even watching him deal with customers before me and keeping everyone calm and everything moving. A real credit as customer service at this level is rarely seen these days! Thank you Ree for making outlr experience great.
I went here on the 27th June for the World Cup and was served by this doll Charlie. She was so lovely and accommodating for me and my friends even when we hadn’t booked anything. She had great energy and vibes and helped me with drink recommendations. Also there were other polite staff too but she really stood out to me. The venue was really nice and decorated too. The drink was good but not enough alcohol sadly. Would come here again !
I was invited to a work-related get-together. It was in the middle of the summer wave, so it was pretty hot, but the venue is of decent space. I was there in the afternoon, between 2:00 and 5:00, so I cannot comment much on everything else.
