Mary's Living and Giving Shop

London

Independent Shops Shopping

What began as a pop-up shop in Westfield White City (that ended up raising over £10,000 for Save the Children) is now three permanent shops around London, selling high-end fashion items at severely reduced prices. Donations include a leather jacket from Sienna Miller, out of season stock from Stella McCartney and Channel handbags.

The concept was thought up by Mary Portas, who after a her TV programme in which she redesigned some of the nations ailing charity shops, decided to set up her own to show them how it's done. With her excellent links to the fashion world, Mary Portas' shops are the place to get a designer bargain and all the profits from them go to the charity Save the Children.
