A lot of the older generation of Londoners will remember Covent Garden as the largest fruit and vegetable market in the capital – a lot has changed since this market began in the 1600’s and the fruit and vegetable stalls that line the piazza have since been transformed into a popular shopping centre and a Mecca for arts, crafts and theatre, making this one of London’s premier tourist attractions.

The market is open from Monday - Saturday, 10:00 – 20:00 and on Sundays from 11:00 – 18:00.
