I recently returned to Jacuzzi on Kensington High Street after not visiting for a couple of years. My previous experience had left me feeling that the food quality had slipped, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly without feeling rushed. We started with the buffalo mozzarella and shared a few small dishes, before having the truffle pasta, which was absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal. The only dish that didn’t quite impress was the chocolate mousse for dessert, which I felt could have been better. However, that was a minor disappointment in what was otherwise a very enjoyable evening. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I decided to give Jacuzzi another chance. The food and service were a noticeable improvement, and I’ll definitely be returning.
Food is excellent and the interior decoration is beautifully done, with lots of thoughtful details that make the space feel special. We especially enjoyed the truffle pizza, which was a standout, and a recommended Italian champagne that paired perfectly with the meal. The staff were genuinely lovely, attentive, and helpful throughout the visit. However, there were a couple of downsides. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, so the restaurant felt quite stuffy at times, with some guests even using handheld fans. We also had a reservation but still ended up waiting around 10 minutes before being seated. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with great food and atmosphere, but a few operational improvements would make it even better.
Such a beautiful restaurant! Decor, detail and crockery were stunning! Service was so friendly and attentive, drinks and food were delicious! Highlights were the pistachio burrata, truffle pasta, garlic focaccia and the pistachio profiterole. Groups of all sizes felt welcome, we were a big family group including dog and baby and we had a great spot at the back so we had the comfort of being a bit tucked away but still part and able to observe the action!
We visited the restaurant without a reservation. We sat in front of the kitchen. The place was great, very nice atmosphere, polite staff. The food came quickly and was delicious. Free wifi. The waiter Ilias was very nice, men in the kitchen were polite. I have also never seen a more attentive toilet. Congratulations, impeccable!
