Dukes Meadows in Chiswick has a 50 bay driving range and a 9 hole pitch available to players of all ages and abilities. If you need a lesson then it won't be a problem but I would book ahead just in case.

They have some good grub in the clubhouse at a reasonable price as well as the sport on the tv or if the weather is good a terrace to sit out on the sun.

They have plenty of parking and you can hire a club or two if you are hitting on the range or a whole set if you have come empty handed. Be warned though they do look for golf shoes and your own set of clubs if you want to play on the pitch and putt and will charge you for the privilege but otherwise this is about as relaxed as golf comes and you of course do not need to be a member just go and enjoy. 

Other activities on offer include indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a gym and an indoor ski slope!
