While mercifully eschewing the idea to have all waiting staff dressed as Scrooge, or forcing diners to plead, in an Oliver Twist-tone, for more, the restaurant has instead opted for a wooden and rustic Inn-type décor, a friendly and welcoming team of staff and a dark yet intimate atmosphere that is augmented by its location. Situated east of Bishopsgate and close to the East End, Grapeshots in the beating heart of east-central London.
The food served at Grapeshots is a fusion of modern cooking methods and styles, the freshest ingredients, and an array of classic British specials. Open from 11am until 10pm in the week, and noon until midnight on Saturday, this is a fantastic choice for families, friends and couples any time of the day or week.
