The Montagu is the in-house restaurant of the Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, serving modern European cuisine.
It is located on Portman Square and welcomes guests of the hotel as well as local residents and visitors. The Montagu offers every meal of the day, opening at 6.30 for breakfast and taking last orders for dinner at 22.45 hrs. The menu of The Montagu includes seasonal European foods with dishes such as Oak-Smoked Salmon with Sour Cream, Caper Berries and Rye Bread Crostini and Neck of Lamb with Potato Gnocchi and Black Olive Jus. The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare its food and aims to bring its love for food to its guests. A traditional British afternoon tea is served which can be enjoyed while overlooking the picturesque gardens of Portman Square.
The interior of The Montagu is classy and stylish; the atmosphere inviting and warm. An open kitchen allows guests to watch their dinner being prepared. However, sitting accommodation will not make you want to leave the table as they are both thoroughly comfortable and intimate.
A Chef's Table is offered by The Montagu. This very special occasion includes having a one-to-one interaction with a chef of a 5-star hotel and watching him prepare your personal meal.
