I loved this place, the decor is so chic, food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent throughout attentive, friendly, and professional without feeling intrusive. A special mention has to go to the flat white, which was genuinely one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Perfectly made and a lovely accompaniment to a fantastic brunch. Overall, a great spot with amazing food, great coffee, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it.
My favourite brunch place! The interiors are clean and elegant with a cosy atmosphere. The food is delicious and accommodating for health conscious diners. One thing to mention, I had to send back my latte as it arrived luke-warm and the latte art was rather poor. Order this extra hot to avoid disappointment. Aside from that, I have no notes and will be using this as my regular brunch spot. Salud~
We recently dined at Nessa, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a warm, relaxed atmosphere with attentive service that made the evening feel special without ever being overbearing. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The lamb was outstanding — tender, perfectly cooked, and paired with rich, earthy notes that highlighted the kitchen’s skill with balance and seasoning. The celeriac carbonara was an unexpected standout: creamy and indulgent yet somehow light, with a clever twist on the classic that felt both comforting and fresh. The beetroot and fig salad added a welcome brightness to the meal, combining sweetness, freshness, and texture in just the right proportions. We also shared a steak, cooked precisely to order, juicy and full of depth — easily one of the best we’ve had in recent memory. Beyond the food, the service deserves praise. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall sense of care that runs through the place. Even the toilets were spotless and well maintained, showing attention to detail that reflects the wider operation. In short, Nessa delivers both substance and style — fantastic food, thoughtful service, and a polished experience all around. Highly recommend.
This might be the most unique supper club I’ve experienced in London 🇬🇧✨ I stepped into the 1950s at Nessa Soho’s Dining Through the Decades series – a night exploring post-war Britain, where simple ingredients created some of the country’s most nostalgic dishes. Hosted by food historian Dr Eleanor Barnett, we learned the stories behind the food while tasting a menu inspired by the decade. The highlight was Woolton Pie 🥧 – a wartime classic reimagined with rich vegetable gravy and modern techniques. We also experienced other 50s influences like comforting “meat and two veg” style dishes and nostalgic flavours from Britain’s post-rationing era. And the rhubarb trifle? Absolutely out of this world 🍓✨ With decade-inspired cocktails 🍸 and storytelling throughout the evening, this felt like more than just dinner… it was a journey through British food history. 📍 Nessa Soho, 86 Brewer Street, London W1F 9UB 🚇 Closest stations: Piccadilly Circus / Oxford Circus 💰 Supper club price: approx £60 per person
We visited Nessa for the Pre-Theatre menu (£27 for 3 courses), which offered excellent value. Both the exterior and interior are stunning—very classy and quintessentially British. The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating throughout. Regarding the food: the starters were good, though the mushroom ravioli was a bit oily for our taste. For sides, the fries were solid, but the chargrilled broccoli was quite unique and perhaps not something we would order again. The highlight was the sticky toffee pudding. The ice cream however was crystallized. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a beautiful venue, though we would likely try different menu options on a return visit. 4/5.
