Service, quality and price point are some of the best you can get in the centre of London I ordered had a dozen of jersey oysters, aubergine and courgettes, poached trout with fennel and horseradish and, a glass of sherry tonic for £56 Since my first visit in 2019, the service has improved. The two staff members today were warm, patient, attentive and friendly. Always a must visit whenever I’m in London.
The kind of diner that makes you remember why you live here. Parsons does seafood without fuss or fanfare — just good fish, good technique, good room. The fritto misto and fowey mussels disappeared fast. Trout with asparagus and beurre blanc was the highlight. Service was warm and genuinely helpful (they rescued a booking error of my own making, no drama). If you love fish and haven’t been, fix that.
The restaurant is very charming and the food is just delicious. Starting with the anchovies and the house bread and butter and the fries were just delicious. The cod was very tasty too, but you might want to get some sides to it. On an eventing when it was around 40% booked, service was a bit disappointing…plenty of staff around but not very attentive. They are kind and professional when required.
We visited Parsons Seafood Restaurant in Covent Garden for the first time after it was recommended by my son, who lives nearby. My mother and I were visiting from Switzerland, and we both had such a wonderful dining experience. The seafood was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. Every dish felt carefully made with great attention to detail and quality. We also loved the relaxed yet stylish atmosphere of the restaurant, which made the whole evening feel very comfortable and enjoyable. The service throughout the evening was warm, professional, and attentive. It’s easy to understand why this restaurant is so loved by locals in Covent Garden. We will definitely come back the next time we visit London.
We had some really good food here. Started with oysters that was served classic. We had the cod cheek, which was amazing. The croquette wasn’t really up my alley, but the wife loved it. The best dish was the monkfish, and not to forget the baby gem salad with honey mustard vinaigrette. We loved it.
