Pasta Evangelists - Greenwich

Food just OK. Focaccia not fresh and tastes reheated. Pasta itself very nice. Sauce with arabiata doesn’t taste fresh, like out of a jar. Service mediocre. One set of plates cleared while other person was still eating. Very loud with poor ambiance. Fine but an easy quick meal.
The Food Was Absolutely Delicious. The Staff Polite And Friendly. Atmosphere Was Relaxing Due To A Very Small Dining Area...Which Suited Me And My Partner. We Have Been To Some Expensive Italian Restaurants In The Past...But The Money We Spent On The Quality And Taste From Pasta Evangelists Was Right Up There With Those Expensive Places. Outstanding Value For Money And A Must Try For All. (My Photos Probably Don't Do This Place Enough Justice)
Quiet during the day, which is when I attended, so no atmosphere to speak of. Decor is ok. Interestingdisplay of dried handmade pastas in the window, which I assume they use in the meals. They also run pasta-making classes, according to a sign in the restaurant. VERY LITTLE on the menu for vegetarians/vegans. Prices reasonable for the location and items available. Reasonable portions. Staff were polite but not overly friendly. The public toilet was clean. Would I go again? As a vegetarian, only if I had to due to the limited menu. (With 20% of the population vegetarian/vegan full time, and more 'flexitarians', in a student town, one would think they'd be more considerate if only to make more money!).
Wow what an experience. I booked the taste of Umbria experience and went with my friend for a slow evening learning to make fresh pasta. (we had ragu instead of truffle butter but i still loved it) On entry we were greeted with friendly welcoming staff and a delicious appetiser and prosecco. Chef Angelica was amazing, loved the way she weaved teaching with her personal memories and history. Her method was easy to follow and before long we were making our own pasta. The ragu the staff made was amazing, so delicious and I enjoyed taking notes from Chef Angelica about how to recreate it at home. It was the perfect night, whether with friends, family, or a date you will enjoy. My ONLY REGRET is not buying the pasta flour onsite and trying dessert. Just means I'll be back soon to try another class or even just to work my way through the menu. The prosecco kept flowing all night and we stayed afterwards chatting away just enjoying the space. Highly recommend.
