Whether you are pro or anti the Mac generation, there's no denying that this technology is very different to anything we've seen before. But do not fear, because the Apple store on Regent Street is here to help.
It runs free hour-long computer workshops throughout the day, each specialising in a different type of Apple technology. Whether you need help getting started with your Mac, or need to know more about how an Apple product works, these classes aim to help you improve your general computing skills. They include 'Getting Started with iCloud', 'Pages for Mac', 'Keynote for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch' and 'Getting started/Going further with your iPad'.
Apple also runs free youth programmes, which include family workshops, summer camps and field trips for kids. On a field trip to an Apple store, kids will work on a project and create something new from the technology. On the three-day summer camps they will learn to make their own films, which will feature in the Apple film festival at the end of camp.
