Tea and Crafting Workshops
London
Tired of your stressful day-to-day routine? Why not unwind and let your creative side take over with London's best Tea and Crafting workshops. Based in the city centre, the workshops let you learn a new skill over a few hours instead of a long course, making it much easier to slot it into your busy schedule. All materials are included in the price so all you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourself, and by the time you leave, you'll have mastered a new skill and created a work of art of your own.
Classes come in a variety of guises; the main focus is knitting and crochet, ranging from beginners lessons to creating your own mittens. As well as this, there are jewellery classes, how to make a vintage cake stand and even millinery where you can construct your own fascinator for your day at the races. Prices range from £10 to £50 per person depending on the class. See the bookings page for full details of availability and pricing.
If you've never held a knitting needle and fancy getting to grips with it at your own pace, you can arrange one-to-one tuition in private lessons (£50 or £35 each if you bring a friend) for a two hour session, including all materials, tea, coffee and lots of treats. And if your hectic lifestyle means you can't make one of the classes, they offer make-your-own craft kits to do at home ranging from aprons and cushion covers to a clock kit.
