The service was exceptional! The team took the time to chat with us, Vida amazing made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. Since it was our first time in London, they offered such a warm and friendly experience that made our visit even more special. Their hospitality truly stood out!
Stopped in for breakfast. No wait and had a nice quiet spot. Customer service was great, attentive without hovering. Ordered the lobster eggs Benedict. Took advantage of the 'brunch' deal that added a hot drink and juice. Orange juice was refreshing and peppermint tea was delicious. The eggs Benedict was a bit salty, thus the loss of a star for food. Still delicious. Enjoyed my meal and dining experience.
We had a really great meal here. The food was delicious, service was fast and efficient. Our server Ada was lovely and very welcoming. There was a good value pre-theatre menu on offer too which was lovely. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyed a solo high tea experience on my last day in London and it was perfect. The ambiance was luxurious and calm. Enjoyed reading a book and gazing out the window. The sandwiches were divine. The desserts delicious and the scones were simply scrumptious.
We came in for the Sunday roast and overall had a very enjoyable meal. The food was well presented and full of flavour, and it felt like a proper, comforting Sunday lunch done to a good standard. The roast itself was very good. The meat was tender, the potatoes were nicely crisp on the outside, and the gravy was rich and tasty. The Yorkshire pudding was light and fluffy, and the vegetables were cooked well without being overdone. It was a solid, satisfying plate of food. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere had a nice, relaxed Sunday feel to it. It was busy, but still comfortable enough to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that a few small details could have been better—nothing major, just those little touches that take a meal from very good to exceptional. Overall, a very pleasant Sunday roast, and somewhere we’d happily return to.
