Decent Japanese food for london standards. Food portions were small for the price. The tempura soft shell crab and prawn were nice albeit a bit oily. The salmon avocado roll was quite small. The aubergine was tasty. The unagi rice don had tasty sauce but wasn’t that fresh. It was very hot inside the restaurant.
Some of the best Katsu & sushi we have had! We had the Chicken donburi, super donburi, spicy tuna roll and wagyu gunkan 🔥 all amazing! 🤤 the wagyu was so worth it! All the staff were very pleasant, can not fault the service!

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is great too, with a real authentic feel throughout. A true slice of Japan in the heart of East London, Shoreditch. I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!
The sashimi and food overall were fresh and delicious. The prawn tempura was lightly fried and crispy - just perfect. Service was fantastic. Staff very thoughtfully surprised us with a dessert as we were here for a birthday celebration. We’ll be back!
Don't listen to any negative reviews. Just arrived in London and this place was within walking distance from our hotel. Everyone is so nice, and the food is fresh and delicious. We live in Miami & NY and have to say this place is one we would definitely return to. You feel catered to, acknowledged, and appreciated. Love the cosy & intimate vibe.
