How It Tastes
The food at Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill is undefinable. Serving classic British dishes with inspirational Irish takes, fancy French additions and some excellent Italian specials, every tastebud will be treated to a surprise. The restaurant has its own bakery and patisserie so, all pastries, cakes and breads are as fresh as can be, while all other ingredients are locally sourced, seasonal, and of the highest quality.
Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill uses Frank Hedderman smoked salmon sourced daily from Ireland, while the west Cork beef used in the grill is considered some of the finest in the world. The grill menu places great emphasis on simple recipes made better by the freshness and quality of the meats, fish, and professional grilling techniques employed. Diners - whether there for lunch or dinner - should not miss the Dover Sole, the steamed Elwy Valley Lamb Pudding, or the rib-eye Aberdeen steak.
