Hidden down a small side street off the busy and central Goodge Street is Lantana, a little but busy café that brings a taste of Australia to the lovely London neighbourhood of Fitzrovia. Named after the beautiful, resilient and iconic Australian plant which flowers in foreign soil, this café has proved that it too can also thrive in a foreign country.
Open seven days a week, this quirky dining spot provides its clientele with delicious coffees and an eye-catching yet modest choice of food in a laid back setting. Aussie inspired breakfasts and tasty lunches can be snapped up from Monday to Friday while at the weekend Lantana’s menu offers an all-day brunch.
If you’re in a hurry though, or just want to grab a quick bite to eat, pop next door to Lantana Out, the café’s takeaway shop. Additionally, catering services are available, while Lantana can also be hired as an evening venue for private parties.
