At the heart of English folk culture, this multi-faceted society look to organise regular shows at their headquarters, Cecil Sharp House. Aside from live acts, they host lectures and educational programmes, boast a 4000 strong membership and are custodians of the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library.

Using the natural light, space and acoustics available, around 400 people can enjoy the performances in the several grand halls found at this venue.
