They take their wine seriously at 28-50. Seriously, and without any over-complexity. The amount of reds and whites come in equal measure with 15 a piece. Altogether they form a list of mature, unusual, obscure but, ultimately satisfying and alluring drops.

What's more is that there is a separate menu compiled of bottles which are being sold via private collectors. Adding a dimension of even more maturity and definite authenticity, these aged numbers especially go well with the wine bar's selection of food.

Pairing different wines perfectly with either main meals or smaller bites like cheese boards and the charcuterie, the guys at 28-50 really know what they're doing. Either a sample, a glass or a whole bottle, they'll provide with some of their favourites, rather than what 'Joe public' is after.
