All pubs offer a modern British menu accompanied by an international drinks menu. While each pub presents high standards in food and service, they are all individually designed and mediate their own distinct atmosphere.
The menu of the Coat and Badge provides meals for all ages and all taste buds. The goats' cheese, asparagus, beetroot and red pepper salad are prepared with fresh and fine ingredients as well as the grilled mackerel served with spinach, poached egg and Hollandaise sauce and the Cumberland sausages with mashed potato and thyme jus. Highly recommended is the sticky toffee pudding as dessert. Not really the best for your figure, but definitely for your appetite and your wallet, since all dishes are served at a reasonable price. To accompany your meal the pub offers the best Bloody Marys in the neighbourhood as well as wines, beers and soft drinks.
By entering the Coat and Badge you will see a mixed crowd of young families, couples, people dining and drinking alone and groups of friends.
